Every now & then I find myself in a ‘mood.’ Basically sometimes I go through a weird mood, the kind I am not mad or sad about anything specific, things are going so well overall, but you’re just kinda like blaaaaah. Do you know what I’m talking about? Dont worry that just happens once or twice a month (maybe more opss) but when I feel that way You better not b around. I’m a moody bitch sometimes! But, as an aware adult who takes responsibility for my behavior, those days I just wanna b alone, far away from the rest of the world. With that said, beach it always puts me in a better mood, so a empty island is always a good idea for me.
So my tips for how I forcefully get out of my moody are; Beach, my son (of course), music and OXYTOCIN, known as the “love hormone,”. So babes, more life, more love... lets release the oxytocin in the blood, boosting our mood and lowering levels of stress. Easy huh?
